Governance Cockpit

The Governance Cockpit for GBTEC Enterprise Architecture is operated through the same Governance Cockpit menu item as the Governance Cockpit in GBTEC Process Design. For general functions, see the chapter Governance Cockpit of GBTEC Process Design.

This chapter covers only questions about the Governance Cockpit in connection with GBTEC Enterprise Architecture.

How do I view workflows in the Governance Cockpit of GBTEC Enterprise Architecture?

As a user with the Reviewer user role or higher, you can view workflows for context diagrams. To do this, open the Governance Cockpit menu item in the left menu bar. There you see a list of all approval workflows. Workflows for context diagrams appear in this list like all other workflows.

Select the workflow for the desired context diagram. You are taken directly to the audit trail of the workflow.

Use the Options panel in the right sidebar to open the related catalog item or diagram. Depending on whether the context diagram was created through catalog or diagram modeling, the Open catalog item or Open diagram option is available there.
