Help

In the Help menu item in the left menu bar, all users can find central information and support resources for using BIC.

The content is organized into several tiles. Each tile leads you to a specific topic, such as documentation, learning materials, or general information about the application. This allows you to quickly find the support you need and access it directly.

Where can I find the user documentation?

Open the Help menu item in the left menu bar. In the main area, you will see the Help tile. Click on it to open the user documentation in a new tab.

The user documentation provides detailed information about all features of BIC Process Design, BIC Process Execution, and BIC EAM. It helps you get started with the application and find your way around quickly.

Where can I find the quick start guide?

Open the Help menu item in the left menu bar. In the main area, you will see the Quick Start tile. Click on it to open the quick start guide in a new tab.

The quick start guide provides a compact introduction to the most important features of BIC Process Design. It helps you quickly get oriented in the application and take your first steps.

Where can I find information about the application version?

Open the Help menu item in the left menu bar. In the main area, you will see the About tile. Click on it to open a dialog with relevant information about the application.

There you will find technical information about the currently used version of BIC Process Design as well as the UI build. This information is especially useful for support requests or for documenting your system environment.

Where can I find information about data protection?

Open the Help menu item in the left menu bar. In the main area, you will see the Privacy tile. Click on it to open the GBTEC data protection page in a new tab.

There you will find an overview of how personal data is processed and which data protection policies apply.

Where can I find the accessibility statement?

Open the Help menu item in the left menu bar. In the main area, you will see the Accessibility tile. Click on it to navigate to the corresponding chapter in the documentation.

There you will find information about the current status of accessibility and supported features within the application.

Where can I find the GBTEC Academy?

Open the Help menu item in the left menu bar. In the main area, you will see the GBTEC Academy tile. Click on it to open the GBTEC Academy in a new tab.

The GBTEC Academy offers training, learning paths, and additional materials related to BIC Process Design and related topics. You can deepen your knowledge, explore new features, and continue your learning. The content is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
