Neuerungen

Der Risikokatalog enthält nun zwei zusätzliche Spalten und entsprechende Filterfacetten, die die Unterscheidung der Risiken erleichtern. Sie ermöglichen die Filterung nach der damit verbundenen Aktivität oder dem Diagramm, aus dem das Risiko importiert wurde. Diese Verbesserung ist Teil der Standard-Konfiguration von BIC Process Control. Kunden, die eine individuelle Konfiguration der Tabellenspalten und Filterfacetten des Risikokatalogs haben, behalten ihre bisherige Konfiguration bei. Einige von ihnen haben diese Option bereits in ihrer individuellen Konfiguration.

In den meisten Ansichten wurde das Ladeverhalten verbessert.

Die Performance des BIC Process Design Connectors wurde erheblich gesteigert. Insbesondere große Diagramme werden nun wesentlich schneller verarbeitet.

Neuerungen

BIC Process Control wurde neu gestaltet, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Darstellung der Anwendung auf mobilen Geräten lag.

Als Teil dieses Redesigns erhielten die Tabellenansichten innerhalb von Katalogen eine eigene Art der Visualisierung für mobile Endgeräte. Anstatt einer Tabelle werden die Einträge ähnlich wie bei den bereits bekannten Aufgabenlisten dargestellt.

Die Ansichten MyBIC und Profil wurden ebenfalls leicht umgestaltet.

In Aufgabenlisten wie Suche oder Meine Aufgaben ist es jetzt einfacher, zwischen erledigten und aktiven Aufgaben zu unterscheiden.

Wird eine Aufgabe in einer der Aufgabenlisten delegiert, zeigt die Aufgabe direkt den neu zugewiesenen Eigner der Aufgabe an.

Importierte Kontrollen aus BIC Process Design bieten nun einen ähnlichen Link zu ihrem Diagramm, wie er bereits für Risiken verfügbar ist. Wie der bestehende „Link zum Risikokontext“ für Risiken, haben die Kontrolldetails nun eine Eigenschaft „Link zum Kontrollkontext“. Wenn Sie auf den Link klicken, navigieren Sie zu dem veröffentlichten Diagramm, aus Kontrolle stammt, und die Kontrolle wird ausgewählt.

Wenn ein Prozess automatisch aufgrund der dazugehörigen Datums-Eigenschaft gestartet wurde (Risikobewertung, Test auf Vollständigkeit, Test des Designs, Test der Wirksamkeit, Durchführung der Kontrolle), wird zusätzlich zu dem aktualisierten Risiko / der aktualisierten Kontrolle in BIC Process Control, auch das Risiko / die Kontrolle in BIC Process Design aktualisiert.

Der Maßnahmenkatalog kann nun anhand der Eigenschaft Korrektur-Maßnahme gefiltert werden.

Administratoren können in der Suche nun Massenbearbeitungen durchführen. Sie können entweder eine Massendelegation oder einen massenhaften Vorgangsabbruch durchführen. Dabei werden nur die Aufgaben bzw. Vorgänge berücksichtigt, die passend zum Suchbegriffs und der gewählten Filterkriterien sind. Insbesondere die Massendelegation wird ein hilfreiches Werkzeug sein, wenn Benutzer im Unternehmen andere Rollen wahrnehmen oder aus anderen Gründen ersetzt werden. Die Massenbearbeitungen betreffen nur aktive Aufgaben bzw. Vorgänge.

Für archivierte Versionen von Risiken und Kontrollen wurde in BIC Process Control eine Aufbewahrungsfrist eingeführt. Im Administrationsbereich können Administratoren im Abschnitt Archiv die Aufbewahrungsfrist für Risiken und Kontrollen separat definieren. Immer wenn ein Risiko oder eine Kontrolle aktualisiert wird, gilt die vormals „aktive“ Version als archiviert und wird mit der aktuell definierten „Aufbewahrungsfrist „ und einem darauf basierenden „Aufbewahrungsdatum „ aktualisiert. Die Detailansicht jeder archivierten Version enthält einen neuen Abschnitt „Archiv“, der beide neuen Eigenschaften anzeigt.

Das neue UI-Design, welches in Version 4 eingeführt wurde, erhielt einige weitere Verbesserungen.

Neuerungen

Mit diesem Major Release erhielt BIC Process Control (BPC) ein umfassendes Redesign. Dieses neue Design der Benutzeroberfläche wird in Zukunft auch in BIC Process Design und BIC Process Execution verfügbar sein. Eines der Hauptziele des Redesigns war es, mehr Platz für den Inhalt im mittleren Bereich zu schaffen und gleichzeitig einen guten und einfachen Zugang zu den Hauptansichten von BPC zu erhalten. Dieses Ziel wurde durch die Reduzierung der Seitenleiste auf der linken Seite erreicht.

Das zweite Ziel war es, die Art und Weise zu vereinfachen, wie Benutzer innerhalb der Anwendung navigieren, wenn es um die hierarchische Navigation geht, z. B. von der Ansicht Risikodetails zurück zum Risikokatalog. Von nun an wird die Breadcrumb die einzige Möglichkeit sein, diese Art der hierarchischen Aufwärtsnavigation durchzuführen.

Um einen besseren Zugang zu den Risiken und Kontrollen im Risikokatalog und Kontrollkatalog zu ermöglichen, können diese nun nach Name und Datum der letzten Änderung gefiltert werden. Der Maßnahmenkatalog kann nun nach der Korrektur-Maßnahme seiner Einträge gefiltert werden.

Um die Handhabung von Mehrfach-Auswahlfeld Filterfacetten generell zu verbessern, unterstützt BIC Process Control nun zwei Arten der Visualisierung:

• Einfache Mehrfachauswahl-Facette (die bereits bekannte Visualisierung)

• Schnellfilter-Mehrfachauswahl-Facette (neu)

Im Unterschied zur einfachen Mehrfachauswahl-Facette ist die Schnellfilter-Variante dafür gedacht, eine lange Liste von Facettenwerten zu verwalten. Um dies zu erreichen, besteht die Facette aus zwei Komponenten:

• Ein Eingabefeld, das es ermöglicht, die Liste der Facettenwerte schnell zu filtern.

• Ein Rechteck mit fester Höhe, das eine scrollbare Liste der Facettenwerte enthält.

Die Schnellfilter-Visualisierung wird automatisch verwendet, um eine Mehrfachauswahl-Facette anzuzeigen, wenn sie mehr als 15 Facettenwerte enthält.

Die Ansichten Suche und Laufende Vorgänge bieten jetzt eine Exportoption, die zusätzliche Informationen über die angezeigten Vorgänge liefert. Zusätzlich zu den grundlegenden Aufgabeninformationen zeigt der Export Informationen über den Vorgang, zu dem die Aufgabe gehört. Außerdem wird angegeben, ob der Vorgang im Zusammenhang mit einem bestimmten Risiko oder einer Kontrolle ausgeführt wird.

Ähnlich der bereits bekannten einfachen Export-Option, die für den Risikokatalog und den Kontrollkatalog verfügbar ist, bietet nun auch der Maßnahmenkatalog eine Exportoption.

Die tägliche E-Mail-Benachrichtigung enthält jetzt nur noch Einträge für noch aktive Aufgaben. In der Vergangenheit konnten Benutzer eine Benachrichtigung über neue Aufgaben erhalten, die am selben Tag erledigt wurden. Um die Anzahl der vom System versendeten individuellen E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen weiter zu reduzieren, wird eine individuelle Benachrichtigung für eine delegierte Aufgabe nur dann versendet, wenn die delegierte Aufgabe ihr Fälligkeitsdatum erreicht hat oder bereits überfällig ist.

Neuerungen

Wir haben ein Rebranding des Produkts vorgenommen. Um BIC GRC näher an BIC Process Design heran zu bringen, heißt es jetzt BIC Process Control.

Jetzt ist es möglich, eine Kontrolle im Kontextmenü eines Risikos direkt im Risikokatalog zu registrieren. Auf diese Weise wird das zugehörige Risiko automatisch vorausgewählt.

Die Benutzer profitieren jetzt von einer verbesserten Ansicht der Kontrollen für ein Risiko. Wenn der Benutzer auf den Eintrag Kontrollen anzeigen im Kontextmenü eines Risikos im Risikokatalog klickt, navigiert er nun zu einem vorgefilterten Kontrollkatalog. Dies ermöglicht die Nutzung aller Vorteile des Kontrollkatalogs (z.B. Dashboard-Ansicht, Filtern der Kontrollen, Verwendung der Exportoption).

Der Excel-Export für Risiken und Kontrollen unterstützt nun das Zellformat „Datum“ für datumsbasierte Spalten, wodurch der integrierte Datumsfilter von Excel verwendet werden kann. Dasselbe gilt für die Risiko-Kontroll-Matrix.

Die Behandlung von Dateianhängen in Formularen wurde neu umgesetzt.

Datumsfelder wie z.B. Nächste Risikobewertung, die als Pflichtfeld in einem Formular markiert sind, werden unter betimmten Bedingungen automatisch zu einem optionalen Feld. Dieser Wechsel erfolgt, wenn im korrespondierenden Intervall-Feld der Wert „Bei Bedarf“ oder „Anlassbezogen“ ausgewählt wird.

Wird eine Aufgabe mehrfach delegiert, verbleibt die Aufgabe solange in der Ansicht Delegierte Aufgaben der delegierenden Benutzer, bis die Aufgabe beendet wurde. Benutzer können sich dort über den Status der Aufgabe informieren und haben Zugang zum Verlauf des Vorgangs.

Der Risikokatalog und Kontrollkatalog bieten nun einen einen direkten Zugriff auf die Liste der ausstehenden Aufgaben eines Risikos bzw. einer Kontrolle. Diese Ansicht kann entweder über den Eintrag Ausstehende Aufgaben im Kontextmenü oder direkt mit einem Klick auf die angezeigte Zahl der Aufgaben des Risikos / der Kontrolle erreicht werden.

Die Filterfacetten zeigen nun initial immer maximal die ersten 10 Einträge mit den häufigsten Treffern an. Stehen mehr als 10 Einträge zur Verfügung können diese über Mehr anzeigen eingeblendet, oder über Weniger anzeigen wieder ausgeblendet werden. Selektierte Facetteneinträge werden an den Anfang der Facette verschoben und dort zusammengefasst. Es nun auch möglich alle Selektionen einer Filterfacette zurückzusetzen.

Der EXPORT des Risikokatalogs und des Kontrollkatalogs enthält nun die Inhalte, die der Benutzer auf Basis seiner gewählten Filter einsehen kann.

Im Vorgang Neue Kontrolle werden die zur Verknüpfung verfügbaren Risiken nun nach ihrem Erstelldatum sortiert angeboten. Neueste Risiken werden zuerst angeboten.

In der Risikobewertung wurden die angezeigten Detail-Informationen zu den verknüpften Kontrollen mit der Detailseite der Kontrollen harmonisiert.

Verbesserungen in den folgenden Ansichten:

• Die Kopfzeile im Optionbereich auf der rechten Seite bleibt nun sichtbar wenn innerhalb des Optionsbereiches gecrollt wird. So kann nun zum Beispiel im Risiko- und im Kontrollkatalog der Reiter Optionen direkt erreicht werden, auch wenn im aktiven Reiter Filter weit nach unten gescrollt wurde.

Im Maßnahmenkatalog zeigen die Benutzer bezogenen Filter nun die Namen der Benutzer direkt an, während ihre E-Mail-Adresse über einen Tooltip einsehbar ist.

Benutzer mit der Rolle PARTICIPANT können nun im Maßnahmenkatalog alle Maßnahmen einsehen, die in Verbindung zu Risiken oder Kontrollen stehen an denen Sie als Benutzer oder über eine Benutzergruppe beteiligt sind. Bisher wurden nur die Maßnahmen angezeigt, an denen der PARTICIPANT direkt als Benutzer oder Benutzergruppe beteiligt war.

• Datumsangaben in E-Mail Benachrichtigungen sind nun passend zur Sprache der E-Mail formatiert.

• Wenn Sie in der Suche oder in den Laufenden Vorgängen nach Aufgaben mit dem Status Offen filtern, so enthält die Ergebnismenge keine überfälligen Aufgaben mehr.

• Folgende Detailverbesserungen wurden für das Maßnahmen-Management umgesetzt:
